Key Responsibilities:Operate roll forming machine for GI false ceiling channels such as:Ceiling Main ChannelIntermediate ChannelPerimeter/Wall AngleFurring ChannelOther customized GI profilesSet and adjust roll forming tooling, guides, rollers and machine parameters.Maintain correct channel dimensions, straightness and profile shape.Control production speed and minimize material wastage.Check thickness, width, height, hole/punching position and overall profile dimensions.Operate/coordinate with cut-to-length and punching systems.Identify and rectify common roll-forming problems such as:TwistingBowingCamberUneven profileScratchesIncorrect dimensionsPerform basic machine maintenance and lubrication.Maintain production records and report material/machine issues.Follow factory safety procedures.

We are seeking a Lathe Machine Operator with at least 5 years of experience and a minimum education qualification of 10th pass. The role entails operating and maintaining lathe machines, reading technical drawings, setting up machines, and performing turning operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of lathe operations, machine settings, and be able to interpret technical drawings accurately. The incumbent must be proficient in operating lathe machines and have the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position based in Bhiwadi Alwar Road, open to male candidates.
