Roll Forming Machine Operator - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Operate roll forming machine for GI false ceiling channels such as:

Ceiling Main Channel

Intermediate Channel

Perimeter/Wall Angle

Furring Channel

Other customized GI profiles

Set and adjust roll forming tooling, guides, rollers and machine parameters.

Maintain correct channel dimensions, straightness and profile shape.

Control production speed and minimize material wastage.

Check thickness, width, height, hole/punching position and overall profile dimensions.

Operate/coordinate with cut-to-length and punching systems.

Identify and rectify common roll-forming problems such as:

Twisting

Bowing

Camber

Uneven profile

Scratches

Incorrect dimensions

Perform basic machine maintenance and lubrication.

Maintain production records and report material/machine issues.

Follow factory safety procedures.
