You will be responsible for

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or products

Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)

Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

Inform customers about new features and functionalities

Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Looking for candidates with 3–4 years of experience, ERP knowledge & strong coordination skills.

Negotiating freight & shipping charges with forwarding companies

Drafting quotations of the material for Export and Import based on the prescribed incoterms

Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments

Tracking the shipment and reporting the status to the consignee

Experience in Domestic as well as International Logistics and drafting shipping documents with sound knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, E-way Bill, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, CEPA, GST-Refund, etc.
