Job DescriptionPOSITION TITLE: Asst ManagerFUNCTION: Customer Support and Logistics REPORTS TO: Manager (Customer Support and Material Planning)LOCATION: Chennai, IndiaTravel 20% POSITION SUMMARY: The Jobholder is responsible to lead overall customer Support and logistics team with experience in handling Indian Commercial vehicle Customers and Export Customers. To manage a team and sound SAP knowledge is required. To co-ordinate with internal production team on aligning production team.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. To have exposure in Handling major CV OEMs (AL, TML, TCL, VECV) and Export customers (GM, FORD)2. Sound Knowledge on Sales/order processing, Logistics Function (Cost Optimization and Warehouse management)3. Sound knowledge on SAP transactions (SD / PP / MM / MRP I)4. FG Material flow improvement (VSM and Inventory Optimization)5. Knowledge on packaging, returnable packaging if any.6.
