Job Description:We are seeking a meticulous and driven Legal Associate to join our team. As a Legal Associate, you will be crucial in providing legal support and expertise across various aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, advising on legal matters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:-Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.-Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.-Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate legal matters.-Assist in compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.-Support in negotiations and settlements with clients, vendors, and other parties.-Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the company.

Conduct legal research on key legal matters, laws, regulations, acts and rules. Create informative and engaging blogs on topics on recent legal updates, various sectors & government schemes. Draft and design white papers, reports, presentations on legal, financial and taxation-related topics. Create daily newsletters on the latest legal and market updates. Draft business plans, pitch decks, proposals and SOPs.

-Help draft and edit the contract templates-Drafted various court documents, invoices, and enclosures at attorneys requests.-The legal intern may also conduct client training, perform legal research as needed, and support smaller projects as requested by -the Intel lawyers responsible for providing legal support-Assisted in putting together a standard form of a confidentiality agreement-Organized legal memoranda and client correspondence.-Researched documents and publications for details that would establish evidence.-Proofed documents and submitted them to attorneys for review.-Produced retainer agreements, contact letters, and various publications and handouts for clients-Performed client intake and client interviews-Prepared motions and interrogatories-Conducted intake interviews to spot legal issues for presentation at case acceptance-Observed and participated in client meetings, trials, mediations, and outreach

Assist senior management,Keep company records,Manage board activities online, good communication skills, ROC filing, visiting provided clients, collecting required documents from clients,Organisational skills, well aware with company laws, IBC Expert
