Prepare detailed memos and reports summarizing research findings Assist with tax preparation tasks for individual and corporate clients Assist in creating model test papers based on IBC 2016 Assist in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under IBC 2016 Attending various related court and offices

Conduct legal research on key legal matters, laws, regulations, acts and rules. Create informative and engaging blogs on topics on recent legal updates, various sectors & government schemes. Draft and design white papers, reports, presentations on legal, financial and taxation-related topics. Create daily newsletters on the latest legal and market updates. Draft business plans, pitch decks, proposals and SOPs.
