• drafting of petitions, applications, appeals, replies, rejoinders, with respect to ibc to be filed before hon’ble nclt/nclat/high court/supreme court.

responsibilities

• drafting of petitions, applications, appeals, replies, rejoinders, with respect to ibc to be filed before hon’ble nclt/nclat/high court/supreme court.

• assist in other compliances required for conducting cirp/liquidation process.

• prepare detailed memos and reports summarizing research findings

• assist with tax preparation tasks for individual and corporate clients

• assist in creating model test papers based on ibc 2016

• assist in corporate insolvency resolution process under ibc 2016

• attending various related court and offices
