Legal Trainee Fresher

• Proficient in English – Speaking, Writing & Drafting Skills.

• Competent for Legal Research, Article Writing, Preparing MCQ Tests on IBC, Judgment Briefs and Presentations.

• Drafting of Petitions, Applications, Appeals, Replies, Rejoinders, with respect to IBC to be filed before Hon’ble NCLT/NCLAT/High Court/Supreme Court.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of Petitions, Applications, Appeals, Replies, Rejoinders, with respect to IBC to be filed before Hon’ble NCLT/NCLAT/High Court/Supreme Court.

• Assist in other Compliances required for conducting CIRP/Liquidation Process.

• Prepare detailed memos and reports summarizing research findings

• Assist with tax preparation tasks for individual and corporate clients

• Assist in creating model test papers based on IBC 2016

• Assist in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under IBC 2016

• Attending various related court and offices
