Job Summary:the Security Officer is Responsible for Maintaining a Safe and Secure Environment for Employees, Visitors, and Property. this Role Involves Monitoring Premises, Controlling Access, Responding to Incidents, and Enforcing Safety Regulations. the Officer Acts as the First Line of Defense Against Potential Security Threats and Ensures that Company Policies are Consistently Followed to Protect People and Assets.key Responsibilities: 1. Surveillance and Monitoringoperate and Monitor Security Systems, Including Cctv Cameras, Alarms, and Access Control Devices.conduct Regular Patrols of the Premises (internal and External) to Ensure Safety and Detect Any Irregularities.observe and Report Suspicious Activities, Unauthorized Access, or Security Breaches. 2. Access Controlverify and Authorize Entry of Employees, Visitors, Contractors, and Vehicles.issue Visitor Passes and Maintain Accurate Entry/exit Records.ensure all Personnel Adhere to Identification and Access Policies. 3. Incident Response and Reportingrespond Promptly to Alarms, Emergencies, and Incidents such as Fire, Theft, Vandalism, or Accidents.assist in Evacuations During Emergencies, Following Established Procedures.prepare Detailed Incident Reports, Daily Activity Logs, and Handover Notes. 4. Safety and Emergency Proceduresensure Compliance with Health, Safety, and Fire Regulations.conduct Safety Checks of Fire Extinguishers, Exits, and Emergency Lighting.participate in Fire Drills, Evacuation Exercises, and Emergency Response Training. 5.
