JOB PURPOSEAs a member of the NGO Program Team, the Senior Manager would manage the NGO partners engaged in implementation of projects supported by NGO / RIST. S/he would identify geographical locations with low (HDI) and identify potential and credible NGOs to undertake project implementation. The project would aim at addressing immediate, intermediate and underlying causes of problems. The position would be accountable for the deliverables and the effectiveness of projects in meeting the success indicators defined in the logical framework.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESA. Identification of Partners:i. Identify potential partners in different geographical regions of India with low Human Development Index under the programming priorities of Foundation.ii. Review Concept Notes submitted by the potential partners. Also, undertake reviews of proposals submitted by the partners for funding against the sectoral approaches of Foundation.B. Review of Proposals: Finalise proposals by the potential partners based on the observations of the Proposal Review Committee and RIST. Accordingly, Prepare One-Pagers for approval of projects by NGO and RIST.C. Agreement and Documentation: Facilitate the Equal Determination process of the partners and coordinate for availability of all the documents.
