1. Sales and Marketing:- Promote and sell credit cards to existing and new customers.- Meet sales targets and performance metrics.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.2. Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain relationships with customers.- Provide excellent customer service and support.- Respond to customer queries and concerns.3. Product Knowledge:- Stay up-to-date with credit card products, features, and benefits.- Understand and communicate the value proposition of credit cards to customers.4. Documentation and Compliance:- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for credit card applications.- Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.5. Reporting and Analysis:- Track and report sales performance and customer interactions.- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

We offer, direct sale of business loan product in the market. Our Direct Sale Associate geographical area is all over India so any one can join with us from any location. Candidate can set his/her own monthly sales target. He/she can earn min.30k in a month if he/she efforts 8 hours daily in the market.

Responsibilities of candidates include: Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigationCandidate should have good communication.They should have their experience letter.Timing :- 9.30am - 6.30pmsalary :- 15k- 21k CTC
