The Grinding Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining grinding machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role ensures high-quality output, adherence to safety standards, and efficient machine operation.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate grinding machines (surface, cylindrical, or centerless)Read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsSelect appropriate grinding wheels, tools, and settingsMonitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracyMeasure parts using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)Identify and correct defects or dimensional deviationsPerform routine machine maintenance and cleaningFollow safety procedures and wear required PPEMaintain production and inspection recordsWork with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets

Production line I utilize my knowledge with the CNC machine like VMC, CNC & Sarface Grinding Machine.Responsible for daily machining, SPC control, maintain 5S in M/C shop, kaizen, Inspection ofcomponent and taking immediately action for any correction Rework.Calculate machine speed and feed ratios and size and positions of cuts.

English- A Factory Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks within the factory. This includes helping with packaging, loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean work environment. You will also be expected to follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Key responsibilities include assisting in the production process, handling materials and equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety protocols. Additionally, you may be required to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum education level of 10th pass and up to 2 years of relevant experience. You should be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, work well in a team, be detail-oriented, follow instructions effectively, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Being punctual, reliable, and having a strong work ethic are also essential for success in this position.
