Grinder Operator - Full Time - Freshers

The Grinding Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining grinding machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role ensures high-quality output, adherence to safety standards, and efficient machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate grinding machines (surface, cylindrical, or centerless)

Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Select appropriate grinding wheels, tools, and settings

Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy

Measure parts using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

Identify and correct defects or dimensional deviations

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Maintain production and inspection records

Work with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets
