To Attend Daily field Call to fix Laptop Issues,

Responsibilities:Field engineers will work with commercial and residential clients to provide hardware technical and break fix support on Laptops, Desktops and Printers (desirable), but mainly on hardware break fix ensuring all contractual SLA's are met and delivering in a timely manner.To install, maintain and repair IT products such as PCs, Workstations, Printers, laptops and associated devices. Work may also involve upgrading existing systems and the completion of routine maintenance activities. All tasks should be completed in line with company technical and quality standards and procedures and to provide a high degree of customer satisfaction.Accountabilities:1. Undertake fault diagnosis, ensure basic troubleshooting and effective Break fix of Laptops, PCs and PrintersEscalate calls within given time guidelines.2. Knowledge of operating systems, hardware and commonly used software and standard applications.3. Install and test desktop products.4. Perform backups and restores as well as data transfer on PCs, laptops5. Carry out upgrades and conversions including replacement of component parts of laptops e.g. keyboards, monitors, disks, motherboard, etc.Note- Break-fix experience is mustRelevant technical qualification and min 1 relevant years of work experienceCandidate should have 2 wheeler

. Ability to troubleshoot and identify the problem in laptop. Resolve Hardware and software issues in laptop. Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables. Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied. Maintain parts inventory, personal library of machine manuals, company-assigned laptop and tools. Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options. Drive to customer place and solve issues/installations.
