Computer Hardware Engineer Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops from Dell, Acer, HP, and Lenovo.

Perform repairs and replacements of components, including motherboards, screens, keyboards, batteries, hard drives, and power supplies.

Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.

Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks to ensure optimal functionality of laptops and desktops.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers, both in-person and remotely.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in laptop and desktop technology.

Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
