We are looking for an experienced Cath LAB Technician to join our team in Ulhasnagar. The ideal candidate should have between 3 to 7 years of relevant experience and a diploma in a related field.Key Responsibilities:- Conducting Diagnostic Procedures: Perform and assist in various cardiac diagnostic tests and procedures, ensuring accurate results for patient evaluation.- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain specialized cath lab equipment, ensuring all machinery is functioning properly and safely.- Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, providing comfort, and ensuring they are ready for tests.- Monitoring Patient Condition: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs during procedures, responding quickly to any changes or emergencies.- Assisting Physicians: Work closely with cardiologists and other medical staff during procedures, providing necessary assistance and ensuring a smooth workflow.- Maintaining Records: Document all procedures accurately and ensure that all patient records are correctly maintained.Required Skills and Expectations:- The candidate should have strong technical skills related to cath lab equipment and procedures.- Excellent attention to detail is essential to ensure patient safety and accurate results.- Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with patients and medical staff.- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing high-quality care is expected.- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
