Provide Level 2 support for student and faculty-facing applications. Address and resolve incidents related to application functionality and user access. Understand the overall workflow of LMS and admission modules. Troubleshoot issues in a React (TypeScript) frontend and Java Spring Boot backend environment. Run and analyze SQL queries on PostgreSQL to investigate data issues. Monitor and support AWS-based infrastructure (basic level). Execute routine Python and Shell scripts for automation and fixes. Network Security Engineer: L2 Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in web proxy/secure web gateway and remote Access VPN support. Strong knowledge of web proxy and secure web gateway tool - Netskope and Proxy / Remote access tool - Cisco Remote Access (AnyConnect with ASA/Firepower backend) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web proxy and secure web gateway solutions like unable to access a site, delay in response through proxy if any etc. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN connectivity, authentication, and authorization Strong understanding of VPN technology and protocols such as IPSec, SSL, and PPTP Experience with VPN concentrators, firewalls, and authentication servers Experience in Create/modify proxy rules, Installing proxy rules, Configure whitelisting/blacklisting, Daily health checks and event logs analysis Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues Document technical issues and solutions in the knowledge base Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and in a team environment
