network security engineer:

• l2 support engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in web proxy/secure web gateway and remote access vpn support.

• strong knowledge of web proxy and secure web gateway tool - netskope and proxy / remote access tool - cisco remote access (anyconnect with asa/firepower backend)

• troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web proxy and secure web gateway solutions like unable to access a site, delay in response through proxy if any etc.

• troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vpn connectivity, authentication, and authorization

• strong understanding of vpn technology and protocols such as ipsec, ssl, and pptp

• experience with vpn concentrators, firewalls, and authentication servers

• experience in create/modify proxy rules, installing proxy rules, configure whitelisting/blacklisting, daily health checks and event logs analysis

• work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues

• document technical issues and solutions in the knowledge base

• excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• ability to work independently and in a team environment
