Sales and Business Development: Generating leads, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with customers and partners. Proposal and Negotiation: Preparing technical proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing orders. Customer Support: Providing technical support to customers throughout the sales process and after-sales. Market Research and Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Qualification : Diploma, B-tech (EE, EEE, ECE, ME, EIE) MBA (Marketing)Additional Qualification : Industrial automation, knowledge about electrical LT panels and other switchgears. Preference will be given to candidates from LT Panel sales background.

Handle Sales & BD initiatives.* Searching the COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, INDUSTRIAL & GOVERNMENT projects.* Meeting / Calling consultants, contractors, PWD, NHAI, Officers Etc.* Co - ordination with the sales team.* Preparation of Quotations,* India mart account handling, * Shortlisting the Buy leads,* Tender searching and participating the same (Preparation of all relevant documents),* Calling to contractors, clients, consultants for enquiry, preparation and submission of Quotation, follow up for order closing, payment and coordination till final payment receipt,*Preparation of follow up list and daily reporting for follow up clients for Order and Payments.* Manage key accounts and growth programs in key sectors.* Meeting sales targets.
