handle sales & bd initiatives.

* searching the commercial, residential, institutional, industrial & government projects.

* meeting / calling consultants, contractors, pwd, nhai, officers etc.

* co - ordination with the sales team.

* preparation of quotations,

* india mart account handling,

* shortlisting the buy leads,

* tender searching and participating the same (preparation of all relevant documents),

* calling to contractors, clients, consultants for enquiry, preparation and submission of quotation, follow up for order closing, payment and coordination till final payment receipt,

*preparation of follow up list and daily reporting for follow up clients for order and payments.

* manage key accounts and growth programs in key sectors.

* meeting sales targets.
