Handle Sales & BD initiatives.
* Searching the COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, INDUSTRIAL & GOVERNMENT projects.
* Meeting / Calling consultants, contractors, PWD, NHAI, Officers Etc.
* Co - ordination with the sales team.
* Preparation of Quotations,
* India mart account handling,
* Shortlisting the Buy leads,
* Tender searching and participating the same (Preparation of all relevant documents),
* Calling to contractors, clients, consultants for enquiry, preparation and submission of Quotation, follow up for order closing, payment and coordination till final payment receipt,
*Preparation of follow up list and daily reporting for follow up clients for Order and Payments.
* Manage key accounts and growth programs in key sectors.
* Meeting sales targets.
