As a Junior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role as a Junior Accounts Executive.Proficient in Tally and MS Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.Knowledge of GST & relevant accounting principles and regulations.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, recording transactions, updating financial records, purchase entry and sales entry.Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.Assist with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.Support the senior accounts team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.Contact HR SandipInterview Venue- Odisha Job Consultancy, 1st Floor, MRF Tyre Building, Baramunda Bus Stand, Bhubaneswar
