Role Specifications:Someone with Accounting/MIS experience who would need to get into nitty gritties of a. tax filing, b. compliance c. preparing MIS. d. doing payments, e. salaries, f. aggregating ops data, g. keeping track of stock etc.Someone who hasA. Holistic experience, has technical knowledge across the spectrumB. Can study financials, MIS and understand beyond just accountingC. Can manage a CA firm for tax, regularly filingD. Can communicate with external folks if necessary like investor updatesE. Should be able to reconcile ecommerce accounts- so e-commerce background is a plus if experienced in itF. Should be comfortable using accounting softwareG. Has to be dependable with attention to detail on money, checking invoices etc. Qualification: Commerce graduate and/ post graduate.
