Recommended job profilePosition: Accountant / Site Accounts & Data Entry ExecutiveIndustry: Construction & Electrical WorksExperience: 2-5 years preferredLocation: Office, with coordination with multiple project sitesMain responsibilities:- Daily site-wise data entry of expenses, purchases, labour payments and material consumption.- Maintain separate accounts for each project/site.- Enter and verify purchase bills, invoices, vouchers and payment receipts.- Maintain site-wise cash book and bank transactions.- Track material purchases and supplier outstanding.- Maintain labour/subcontractor payment records.- Prepare site-wise expense statements and monthly summaries.- Maintain customer/railway bill, RA bill and payment status.- Coordinate with site engineers/site supervisors for daily expenditure and material data.- Maintain TDS, GST and basic accounting records.- Prepare data in Tally/Excel and provide reports to management.- Reconcile supplier/customer accounts and bank entries.- Ensure that every transaction is entered under the correct project/site and expense head.

We are in demand of a junior accountant. The candidate must be well versed through all the terms of accounting and must also know how to work on tally prime. Microsoft excel and english speaking skill is of prime importance. The candidate must also be disciplined and punctual.
