To lead the end-to-end deployment of outdoor surveillance systems, with a primary focus on high-mast and pole-mounted camera installations for smart cities.Key Responsibilities:Pole-Mounted Installation: Expertise in mounting bullet, PTZ, and detection cameras on GI poles (3m to 16m) and high-mast towers.Infrastructure Setup: Laying and protecting cables through conduits/pipes, installing outdoor junction boxes (Junction Boxes), and ensuring weatherproofing (IP66/67 standards).Technical Configuration: Setting up IP and Analog systems, configuring NVR/DVR, and performing IP addressing, subnetting, and remote viewing setup.Networking & Connectivity: Terminating CAT6/Fiber Optic cables and managing PoE (Power over Ethernet) switches for long-distance outdoor runs.Maintenance: Troubleshooting signal loss, power issues, or physical alignment errors in existing pole-mounted units.Technical Skills & RequirementsField Experience: Minimum 2 years in outdoor/industrial CCTV projects.Tools Proficiency: Skilled with hammer drills, crimping tools, LAN testers, and multimeters.Safety Standards: Must be comfortable working at heights (using safety harnesses, ladders, or scissor lifts/cherry pickers).Educational Qualifications:Minimum: ITI (Electrical/Electronics) or Diploma in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering.Preferred: Certifications in Networking
