The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CMMs to ensure precision measurements for quality control and inspection.Designation: Quality Inspector / CMM OperatorEducational Qualification: Diploma / B.E - Mech, EEE, ECE, Automobile & AeronauticalExperience: 0 to 5 yrsCTC: 20k to 40k (Per Month)Preferred Gender: MaleJob Type: Full TimeShift: RotationalLocation: Pan India ( Chennai, Sriperumbudur,Coimbatore,Tada, Bangalore etc..)Benifits: ESI, PF, Attendance Bonus, Yearly Bonus, OT Pay, (Food & Accommodation - Optional )Skills Required for Experienced* Hands-on experience with one or more CMM software (e.g., Calypso, PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, MODUS).* Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measuring.* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inspection criteria.* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.* Basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation and reporting.Key Responsibilities:* Operate and program CMM machines (Zeiss, Hexagon, Mitutoyo, or Accurate)* Perform dimensional inspection of components using CMM and manual measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).* Create and modify inspection programs using CMM software such as Calypso, PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, or MODUS.* Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and specifications.* Record inspection results and generate detailed inspection reports.* Identify and report non-conformities to the Quality or Production team.* Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and CMM machines.* Work collaboratively with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.* Follow all safety and quality control procedures and standards.
