Hiring For CMM Operator

We are seeking a skilled CMM Operator with experience in Zeiss, Hexagon, Mitutoyo, or Accurate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CMMs to ensure precision measurements for quality control and inspection.

Designation: Quality Inspector / CMM Operator

Educational Qualification: Diploma / - Mech, EEE, ECE, Automobile & Aeronautical

Experience: 0 to 5 yrs

CTC: 20k to 40k (Per Month)

Preferred Gender: Male

Skills Required for Experienced

* Hands-on experience with one or more CMM software (., Calypso, PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, MODUS).

* Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measuring.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inspection criteria.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and program CMM machines (Zeiss, Hexagon, Mitutoyo, or Accurate)

* Perform dimensional inspection of components using CMM and manual measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).

* Create and modify inspection programs using CMM software such as Calypso, PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, or MODUS.

* Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and specifications.

* Record inspection results and generate detailed inspection reports.

* Identify and report non-conformities to the Quality or Production team.

* Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and CMM machines.

* Work collaboratively with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.

* Follow all safety and quality control procedures and standards.
