we are seeking a skilled cmm operator with experience in zeiss, hexagon, mitutoyo, or accurate coordinate measuring machines (cmm) . the ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining cmms to ensure precision measurements for quality control and inspection.

designation: quality inspector / cmm operator

educational qualification: diploma / - mech, eee, ece, automobile & aeronautical

experience: 0 to 5 yrs

ctc: 20k to 40k (per month)

preferred gender: male

skills required for experienced

* hands-on experience with one or more cmm software (., calypso, pc-dmis, mcosmos, modus).

* strong understanding of gd&t and precision measuring.

* ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inspection criteria.

* good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* basic knowledge of ms office for documentation and reporting.

key responsibilities:

* operate and program cmm machines (zeiss, hexagon, mitutoyo, or accurate)

* perform dimensional inspection of components using cmm and manual measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).

* create and modify inspection programs using cmm software such as calypso, pc-dmis, mcosmos, or modus.

* interpret engineering drawings, gd&t symbols, and specifications.

* record inspection results and generate detailed inspection reports.

* identify and report non-conformities to the quality or production team.

* ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and cmm machines.

* work collaboratively with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.

* follow all safety and quality control procedures and standards.
