An ITI Fitter specializing in stainless steel (SS) fabrication and maintenance works with thin and thick stainless steel sheets, pipes, and structural components. Their primary responsibility is to read engineering drawings, measure, cut, shape, and assemble stainless steel components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to create machinery, furniture, or structures.

An SPM (Special Purpose Machine) Welder is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining automated welding systems designed for specific, high-volume production tasks, such as circular, longitudinal, or spot welding in industries like automotive, pipe fabrication, and heavy engineering. Unlike manual welders, SPM operators focus on machine optimization, parameter setting, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output across repeated cycles

We are looking for a skilled 6G Welder to join our team in Ambernath East. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 8 years of welding experience and an I.T.I. certification. This is a full-time position that requires you to work from our office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Perform Welding Tasks:** Carry out welding operations using appropriate techniques to ensure strong and consistent welds in various positions, particularly in the 6G position.- **Read Technical Drawings:** Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and specifications, ensuring accuracy in the work process.- **Quality Control:** Inspect and assess completed welds to conform to quality standards, making adjustments and repairs as needed to meet specifications.- **Maintain Equipment:** Responsible for the upkeep of welding tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for safe and efficient operation.- **Safety Compliance:** Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have strong proficiency in various welding techniques, particularly in the 6G position.
