we are urgently looking for a skilled fitter to join our manufacturing unit in bhiwandi. the ideal candidate will have experience in precision machining, equipment fitting, and machine maintenance.

key responsibilities:

turning & fitting work:

operate lathe machines for turning, threading, and precision machining.

perform fitting, assembly, and alignment of mechanical components and equipment.

read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

machine operation & maintenance:

set up, adjust, and maintain turning and milling machines.

conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure machines are functioning properly.

troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment as needed.

quality control & safety:

inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.

follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

document work processes and maintenance logs as required.

qualifications & experience:

iti or diploma in mechanical engineering (turner/fitter trade preferred).

0-2 years of experience in turning, fitting, or machining in a manufacturing environment.

proficiency in operating lathe machines and other workshop tools.

strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and safety practices.

ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
