In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment according to specifications. This is a full-time position that requires work from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Assembly of Parts: You will be required to assemble parts and components of machinery using hand tools and power tools. This includes following blueprints and technical drawings to ensure correct assembly.- Installation of Equipment: You will install machinery and equipment at various sites. This involves aligning and securing parts to guarantee they function properly.- Maintenance and Repairs: You will perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on machinery to ensure they operate efficiently and prevent breakdowns.- Quality Control: You will inspect and test the assembled equipment to ensure it meets safety and quality standards.- Documentation: You will maintain records of work completed, including repair logs and installation reports, to ensure compliance with company standards.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess a Diploma in a relevant field. Assembly & InstallationMechanical Assembly: Fitting together components like gears, pulleys, shafts, and valves using fasteners (rivets, bolts, and screws).Interchangeability: Ensuring parts can be replaced or interchanged across different units without individual custom fitting.Pneumatics & Hydraulics: Identifying and assembling components like compressors, valves, and actuators to build fluid power circuits.3.
