Installing, Managing, and Maintaining windows pc, Bio-metric Attendance System, CCTV, dot-matrix printer, laserjet printer, network setup, and also done SAP client installation.Maintain daily checklist and performance of all hardware and networking systems.Network Antivirus Installation and support.Diagnosing and resolving problems to the users satisfaction.Maintain and develop own knowledge and skills to assist with first-time fault resolution.Network Connectivity Issues like LAN cabling, crimping-punching, Wi-Fi issues.Coordinate with the vendor.
