We are hiring only female candidates who have worked as Process Coordinator. She will be the person mainly responsible for all the flowcharts running in every business process. She will coordinate with all the steps in the flowchart to get work done in a specific timeline. Her main task is to provide all the relevant information with everyone in the workflow.Skills:She should have a pleasant personality with others on the job and displaying a good-nature, cooperative, polite attitude.. She should be careful about all the details in flowchart and thorough in completing work tasks.Requirements:The candidates should be a Female. She should be staying a maximum of 45 minutes from the office (Dalhousie). She should have a sense of responsibility. She should be non-technical.

Must have knowledge of HR activities including Recruitment, Operations, Training & Development and should be from MBA HR / PGDM background as well as IT Background preferred.Should be ready to learn IT Technologies and openness to do self learning as per requirements.Should have Interviewing Skills and Convincing Skills.Should have genuine interest in developing her career in HR.Meeting the targets and Reporting to the Manager.Should able to take Inductions.Should able to give Training / Guide on Soft skills, Personality Development, Agile Work Methodology etc. (HR T&D Domain).
