Job Title: Assistant Management Representative (AMR)Department: Quality Management System (QMS)Reports To: Management Representative (MR)Job Purpose:The AMR supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Quality Management System (QMS). The role ensures compliance with applicable quality standards, manages documentation control, coordinates internal and external audits, and assists in achieving and maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001, API Q1, and other customer or regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Support establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the QMS- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements and company procedures- Maintain and control QMS documents, procedures, manuals and records- Prepare and maintain annual audit schedules; coordinate internal, supplier and certification audits- Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions- Assist in organizing Management Review Meetings and prepare reports/KPI data- Support maintenance of ISO 9001, API Q1, API Monogram certifications- Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions- Conduct or coordinate QMS awareness and internal auditor trainingQualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline- Additional qualifications in Quality Management Systems preferred- Minimum 3 years of experience in QMS or Document Control- Experience in ISO 9001-certified organizations preferred- Internal Auditor certification desirableSkills Required:- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001, API Q1 standards- Document control and record management- Internal auditing and compliance management- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Title : Quality EngineerLocation: Mahadevpura, BangaloreExperience: 2 Years of experience in manufacturing or precision machining industry.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing quality systems The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection of manufactured components.Ensure adherence to quality standards, drawings, and customer specifications.Implement and maintain quality systems and SOPs.Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).Coordinate with production, engineering, and stores for quality-related issues.Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.Monitor rejection, rework, and scrap levels and drive continuous improvement.Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports.Skills & QualificationsDiploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or related field.Strong knowledge of inspection tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM if applicable).Understanding of ISO quality standards (ISO 9001 preferred).Experience in team handling and coordination.Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control PlansAbility to work independently and take ownership of quality functions
