Our company is looking for knowledgeable & responsible financial advisors to join our team who will be responsible for providing financial guidance to our high-net-worth clients in order to help them accomplish their financial goals & educate them about their financial objectives and risk tolerance and then recommend an appropriate financial planning strategy with a very generous un-capped incentive structure for working in the best interests of our customersYou can learn more by visiting the founder's LinkedIn profileYour Roles & Responsibilities will include:Explaining the pros and cons of various investment strategies, answering all finance-related questions, and addressing clients concerns.Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.Developing financial plans to help clients achieve their long-term, mid-term and short-term financial goals.Communicating openly, consistently, and honestly with clients and always keeping them informed about changes to your investment strategy.Completing and submitting investment-related documents, including application withdrawal forms and tax proofsPerforming day-to-day administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, calls, and escalations from clients and vendorsIdentifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.Qualities and Skillsets we are looking for:An effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication along with excellent interpersonal skills.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a fine eye for details.Self-motivated and confident with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently without much supervision.

1) Client Relationship Management 2) Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising Clients on their Portfolio 3) Develop and Maintain a long term relationship with customersTo maintain a high level of retention of client base4) Drive focus on generating new business/ client base 5) Product knowledge 6) Keep abreast with the market Knowledge and market Intelligence7) Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance FM8) Provide information and regular updates to immediate manager 9) Advising Clients with Regards to their Investments in Equity Market and placing trades For online clients 10) Calling to dead clients and assisting them to trade by providing intraday and delivery calls and generating revenue from them 11) After Market calling to clients and cross selling products like advance brokerageScheme, Investing in IPO etc.
