Job Description1. Preparing Quotes for Bosch Group & AG/KP s Account2. Preparing Checklist Bosch Group & AG/KPs Account3. Sending Proposal Spares/Aruba of Bosch/ KP Accounts.4. Spares delivery Follow-up with Spares team for ETA5. Catalogue working for HPN (Aruba) & ISS for INR & USD6.Payment Follow up - Vendors7. Follow up with Customers on proposal sent and status update.8.Delivery Follow up with Purchase / Log team/spares team9.Handling Escalations10. Smart Quote /preparing & Uploading in portal11. Pricing request with Vendors/OEM/Distis12. GRN Follow up with Customers & Log Team13. Data Base Management for RFQ/Spares/ Quotes14. Wallmedien / Easy RFQ - Addressing the queries generated in the portal & coordinating with Spares team & through Marketing route for price15. Pricing Follow ups /Negotiation with OEM16. ITFM -Declaration & Undertaking process of the new runner17. Co-ordinating with Bosch HR Dept - HR first login18. Funnel Quotes & checklist updating on weekly basis19. Funnel management - Update funnel as soon as a quote is sent.20. BAN -600 Co-ordination with Shashi/KP on the checklist/price source/documents preparation.21. Data Base Management - Passive Networking22. Co-ordinating with team for HPI Product & Pricing
