The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and customizing domestic and international holiday packages, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute customized domestic and international holiday packages. Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. Handle end-to-end travel bookings including flights, hotels, sightseeing tours, transfers, and visa assistance. Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and service providers for bookings and confirmations. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip. Keep updated with travel trends, destinations, and offers. Manage itinerary documentation and maintain records. Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.Requirements: 13 years of experience in travel industry or similar role. Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations. Proficiency in using GDS, travel portals, and booking platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
