MANAGING THE STATUTORY AUDIT

The Manager Audit Quality will play a critical role in KPMGs 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD),focusing on audit quality, professional skepticism, and enhancing team capabilities. This roleprovides real-time support and coaching to engagement teams, ensuring audits are conductedin accordance with professional standards.Key Responsibilities: Conduct independent, in-depth reviews of significant risks and key areas of focus onaudit engagements. Ensure Key Audit Matters (KAM) compliance in engagement files. Provide coaching and support to audit teams to enhance learning on the job. Drive efficiency in audit approaches and methodologies. Contribute to other Quality & Risk initiatives, including audit milestone monitoring,monthly Q&R MIS, standardization, and audit quality project management.Additional Information: Non-client facing role. Early joiners preferred (Max 30 days notice period). CA/CPA candidates with 5-7 yrs of experience in Assurance. UK GAAP, US GAAP and IND AS, IFRS.Location: KolkataExperience 5-7 yrs

Maximum Age - 30To have excellent knowledge of excel so that workings in structured formats with respect tofinancial statements, bank statements, secretarial data can be made.9. An audit manager will manage and deliver audit engagements from planning through to completion.
