Opening For Manager – Audit Quality

The Manager – Audit Quality will play a critical role in KPMG’s 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD),

focusing on audit quality, professional skepticism, and enhancing team capabilities. This role

provides real-time support and coaching to engagement teams, ensuring audits are conducted

in accordance with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct independent, in-depth reviews of significant risks and key areas of focus on

audit engagements.

● Ensure Key Audit Matters (KAM) compliance in engagement files.

● Provide coaching and support to audit teams to enhance “learning on the job.”

● Drive efficiency in audit approaches and methodologies.

● Contribute to other Quality & Risk initiatives, including audit milestone monitoring,

monthly Q&R MIS, standardization, and audit quality project management.

Additional Information:

● Non-client facing role.

● Early joiners preferred (Max 30 days notice period).

● CTC Budget & Brackets:

○ Manager 1 (5–7 yrs): ₹20–22 LPA

○ Manager 2 (7–8 yrs): ₹24–26 LPA

○ Manager 3 (8+ yrs): ₹–29 LPA

● Evaluated for ~30% hike on current CTC.;
