Resource & Labor ManagementManage and allocate daily tasks to a team of fabricators, fitters, certified welders, and riggers.Track consumption of piping consumables (welding rods, grinding wheels, gases) and structural steel to minimize wastage.Verify contractor measurement sheets and daily progress sheets against actual site work executed.4. HSE & Heavy Lifting SafetyEnforce strict safety protocols for hot work (welding/cutting), working at heights, and confined space entries.Supervise critical heavy lifting operations, ensuring lifting tools, tackles, cranes, and slings have valid load-test certifications.
