Role: Production Manager / Manufacturing Lead Location: NoidaExp: 8+ yrsSalary: up to 30 LPADepartment : Factory Operations (Manufacturing)Responsibilities :- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with organizational goals, enhancing overall productivity.- Identify new opportunities within production and manufacturing to optimize operational capacity and reduce costs.- Analyse production capabilities to recommend innovations in processes or products.- Plan and execute production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.- Ensure optimal utilization of resources, equipment, and workforce for seamless manufacturing operations.- Drive efficiency improvements through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.- Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations, maintaining high operational standards.- Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across teams.- Present growth plans, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.- Drive cost efficiency across operations while maintaining service quality.- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory and financial documentation to support growth-focused decision-making.Experience:- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or business strategy roles.- Demonstrated success in leading growth initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial setting.- Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and inventory management tools.- Should have proven experience in production and manufacturing unit on a larger scale- Certifications in APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing are advantageous.Work Conditions:- Factory-based role.- Fast-paced and hands-on environment requiring proactive decision-making.

Develop a strong network with Contractor, Builder's, HNI Clients, Architect etc. Generate Business, Payment follow up etc. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Must have: Closing skills, client relationships, and presentation and communication skills. Client acquisition, retention, enhancement Should have experience with all category Contractor, HNI, Individual House Owners, architects,structure consultant, project management consultant (pmc). Meeting with Civil Contractors/ Interiors contractor/Contractors. Achieve sales target for the area allotted in project sales. Do technical as well as commercial meetings on behalf of the company with clients. Prepare BOQ Specification, proposals and Proforma invoice. Identify upcoming projects and specify our products in projects BOQ. Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local andglobal competitors Follow-up with existing clients.
