As a Tele Sales Officer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. Your key responsibilities will include contacting leads, explaining product features, answering customer questions, and closing sales deals. Additionally, you will need to maintain records of sales activities, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets set by the company. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, be able to handle rejection positively, and have a strong sales orientation. Life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Need Freshers /Experienced on Urgent basis !1.
