Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Automation Engineer with 7-8 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining industrial automation systems, with expertise in PLC programming, control panel design, and project lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities: Design and engineer control systems for oil & gas projects Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell) Develop and review technical documentation including P&ID, cause and effect diagrams, and system architecture Design control panels (PLC/marshalling panels) and select appropriate components Create wiring diagrams and electrical schematics Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) Manage full project lifecycle from design & engineering through execution, FAT/SAT, and commissioning Work with redundant PLC systems (hot standby, dual processor configurations) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Provide technical support during commissioning and operation phasesTechnical Requirements: Proficiency with AutoCAD for electrical and instrumentation drawings Expertise in PLC/HMI/SCADA software platforms Strong MS Office skills for documentation and reporting Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems in hazardous areasProject Experience: Minimum 7 years in oil & gas industry projects Experience with control system design and implementation Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations

Position - Junior Instrumentation Engineerwork experience:-FresherJob description / Responsibilities:? Prepare Instrumentation works QA/QC Procedures/ITPs as per Project Specifications? Review of Instrumentation Drawings prior to the start of Installation works? Review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) as per Project Specific requirements? Organize and monitor Material Receiving Inspection for all Instruments.? Organize Inspection and Testing of Instrumentation works as per QCPs and ITPs.

To form and lead/guide a team of technicians (Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical) for maintenance of CNG compressors and Dispensers in his home state. Should be capable of trouble shooting & carrying out quality preventive and condition based maintenance and aim for zero breakdown. Be aware of fire and safety practices in handling natural gas. He should have good communication skills and conversant with MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Candidates having experience of erection and commissioning of CNG equipment. will be preferred.
