The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Domain: Engineering & Maintenance Reporting To: Director Technology & Projects Education Qualification:o Mandatory: B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineeringo Candidates with Post Graduate Degree shall have an added advantage Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Industrial Machines and EquipmentInstallation, Commissioning and Maintenance Qualities:o Sound knowledge of Solid Waste Managemento Good oral, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindio Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at alllevels of the organisationo Expertise in handling multi-dimensional tasks under pressure within timelineso Experience in implementing effective systems for all engineering records anddocumentso Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of heavyengineering machinery, equipment or plantso Basic understanding of electrical machines, control systems and automation Roles and Responsibilities:o Responsible for the installation and commissioning for all products, machines,equipment or plants at client locationo Ensure coordination with client for all pre-installation requirementso Maintain cordial relationships with clients for all post commissioning warrantyand maintenance issueso Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule for all products,machines, equipment or plants for the organisationo Manage team of technicians to ensure minimum downtime of machines,equipment or plantso Maintain maintenance spare parts, tools, toolkits and consumables.Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-time, in office
