o candidates with post graduate degree shall have an added advantage

 experience: minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in industrial machines and equipment

installation, commissioning and maintenance

 qualities:

o sound knowledge of solid waste management

o good oral, verbal and written communication skills in both english and hindi

o competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all

levels of the organisation

o expertise in handling multi-dimensional tasks under pressure within timelines

o experience in implementing effective systems for all engineering records and

documents

o hands-on experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of heavy

engineering machinery, equipment or plants

o basic understanding of electrical machines, control systems and automation

 roles and responsibilities:

o responsible for the installation and commissioning for all products, machines,

equipment or plants at client location

o ensure coordination with client for all pre-installation requirements

o maintain cordial relationships with clients for all post commissioning warranty

and maintenance issues

o develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule for all products,

machines, equipment or plants for the organisation

o manage team of technicians to ensure minimum downtime of machines,

equipment or plants

o maintain maintenance spare parts, tools, toolkits and consumables.
