Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Industrial Machines and Equipment
Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance
Qualities:
o Sound knowledge of Solid Waste Management
o Good oral, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
o Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all
levels of the organisation
o Expertise in handling multi-dimensional tasks under pressure within timelines
o Experience in implementing effective systems for all engineering records and
documents
o Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of heavy
engineering machinery, equipment or plants
o Basic understanding of electrical machines, control systems and automation
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the installation and commissioning for all products, machines,
equipment or plants at client location
o Ensure coordination with client for all pre-installation requirements
o Maintain cordial relationships with clients for all post commissioning warranty
and maintenance issues
o Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule for all products,
machines, equipment or plants for the organisation
o Manage team of technicians to ensure minimum downtime of machines,
equipment or plants
o Maintain maintenance spare parts, tools, toolkits and consumables.
