Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Indore. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Experience in Field Service, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills
Strong Customer Service skills
Preventive Maintenance experience
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required
Experience working in the printing industry is a plus
Must be willing to travel extensively as the job requires it
