Read blueprints and specifications.Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.Inspect, test, or measure materials.Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers.Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.

Final Inspector (Roles & Responsibilities)1 Minimum office attendance should be 95%.2 Pre intimation of leave before 4 days is must, leave application should be approved by SM in advance.3 Candidate should attend 80% In house Training conducted by Cotech.4 Candidate is responsible for NPS score target as per RIPL.5 Vehicle inspection 100% 6 Keep internal repeat ratio

Job Description:1) Closely communicate with the Inspection Coordinators to schedule the inspection assigned.2) Implement inspection according to operation guidelines, inspection guidelines, and any special instructions provided by the company.3) Complete the inspection report with photos and submit it to Technical Manager within the required time limit.4) Submit the inspectors job expense claim form and reimbursement documents monthly and meet financial requirements.5) Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/management.Requirements:- College graduate or above.- Major in Engineering (Textile, Furniture, Mechanical, Electronic, etc.)- Having more than 1 year more working experience in the inspection field or quality control background of products of Softlinesor Hardlines.- Familiar with the AQL standard and good knowledge of safety and regulation standards.- Good command of written & oral English.- Ideal person is a well-organized team player, able to solve on-site problems independently, and with good interpersonal skills.- Integrity and honesty.- Willing to travel frequently.- Healthy body without color blindness and sight weakness.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 36 months

Monitoring of Raw,WIP & Final product Quality as per customer specification & certification guidelinesInstrument, jigs & fixtures, dies & punches, gauges calibration process adherenceEnsure work flow as per in use standards, Welders Qualification, EN StandardMaintaining records of all quality test undertakenResponsible for Final quality certificationResponsible for coordination & ensuring third party quality clearance.Ensure welders recertification is done at regular interval through external agenciesResponsible for maintaining & updating NCR summary reportEnsure timely CAPA for inward,inprocess & finished goods NCResponsible for Customer rejection checking and taking corrective actions
