Validating the First off/ Inprocess Inspection Records for completeness, correctness with signatures andstamps. Review of Setup sheets & Tool Layouts before first-off approval. Verify instruments/gauges used in in-process inspections are with calibration status. Following 6S activities in-process quality area. Control of Non Conformance outputs at in-process stages Performs Visual Inspection on sample basis during In-process stage. Performs inspection without delay for setting approval & after tool change to reduce timing ofmachine idle. Shift End communication within in-process team members. Provide Guidance to the operators. Escalating Quality Issues to Supervisor.
