Receive, install, configure, and calibrate equipment, servers, networks, and other components. Conduct maintenance and upgrades. Monitor data communications TroubleshootPLC/RTU circuit and system faults. Set up firewalls and ensure security of theSCADA system components from outside attacks. Manage inventory of equipment and software. Maintain all License and support contract documentation. Comply with all accepted change control procedures. Understand and comply with applicable state regulatory agency reporting and documentation requirements. Ensure Equipment Availability. Knowledge of generating unit operation, engineering, or maintenance practices. Ability to operate various switches, control devices and valves, and knowledge of the effect each has on total plant operations.
