As an Airport Ground Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the airport. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling, ensuring a pleasant travel experience.- Baggage Handling: Manage and oversee the loading and unloading of luggage, making sure that baggage is safely transported to and from the aircraft.- Customer Service: Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flights, check-in procedures, and airport facilities, always maintaining a friendly attitude.- Safety and Security Checks: Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting security checks and monitoring passenger movements in the terminal area.- Coordination with Airline Staff: Work closely with other airline staff to address any issues that may arise, facilitating smooth communication and operation.- Emergency Response: Assist in emergency situations, following protocols to ensure passenger safety and quick responses.To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues. Handling Reservations & Ticketing ( Domestic and International) *The candidate will have to provide end to end services to the client.
