Priority will be given to IELTS cleared candidates.Job Responsibilities: - Teach IELTS (reading, speaking, writing, and listening) and Cambridge International modules Global Perspective and Research/General Paper- Manage the class, prepare the scheme of work and lesson plans.- Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work.- Deliver lessons and provide the necessary supervision to students as a mentor or form teacher.- Provide necessary supervision to the students, manage the classroom, and address discipline issues.- Prepare and mark examination papers and assignments.- Monitor the performance and progress of each student and provide academic counseling.- Teach students according to their aptitude (Differentiated Teaching)- Perform Intervention duties: Identify and discuss students academic and pastoral needs with parents/academic team/student relations to find a way to help students.- Attending team meetings and staff development workshops.- Support scheduled school holistic activities when directed to do so.- Oversee and advise the assigned non-academic / Co-curricular activitiesEnable students to attain projected subject results.- Collaborate with the team in curriculum development, appraisal system, and project management.- Perform any other tasks as may be assigned on an ad-hoc basis as needed.Job Type: Full Time, Regular/ PermanentSalary: 15000-22000

Teach IELTS to the students through classroom sessions. Coach on all the modules of IELTS - Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking. Devise and prepare course structure and material as required and set lesson plans, classroom activities, tests, and exercises. Conduct mock tests, giving feedback and advising students on areas of improvement. Ensure basic training decorum and discipline is maintained during the program. Prepare and maintain reports on the improvement of student learning and scores.

Responsible for discipline decorum;Conduct extra troubleshooting sessions for students;Checking notebooks, and assignments;Teaching IELTS including spoken English to the students ;Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program;Regular feedback one to one discussion to assess the needs of students;Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
