Frontline Educators and Consultant

position: ielts teacher

location: 77a adarsh colony, barewal road, near gurdev hospital, ludhiana, punjab

experiences: 1-2 years. priority will be given to ielts cleared candidates.

job responsibilities:

- teach ielts (reading, speaking, writing, and listening) and cambridge international modules global perspective and research/general paper

- manage the class, prepare the scheme of work and lesson plans.

- prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work.

- deliver lessons and provide the necessary supervision to students as a mentor or form teacher.

- provide necessary supervision to the students, manage the classroom, and address discipline issues.

- prepare and mark examination papers and assignments.

- monitor the performance and progress of each student and provide academic counseling.

- teach students according to their aptitude (differentiated teaching)

- perform intervention duties: identify and discuss students’ academic and pastoral needs with parents/academic team/student relations to find a way to help students.

- attending team meetings and staff development workshops.

- support scheduled school holistic activities when directed to do so.

- oversee and advise the assigned non-academic / co-curricular activities

enable students to attain projected subject results.

- collaborate with the team in curriculum development, appraisal system, and project management.

- perform any other tasks as may be assigned on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
