Frontline Educators and Consultant

Position: IELTS Teacher

Location: 77A Adarsh Colony, Barewal Road, Near Gurdev Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab

Experiences: 1-2 Years. Priority will be given to IELTS cleared candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

- Teach IELTS (reading, speaking, writing, and listening) and Cambridge International modules Global Perspective and Research/General Paper

- Manage the class, prepare the scheme of work and lesson plans.

- Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work.

- Deliver lessons and provide the necessary supervision to students as a mentor or form teacher.

- Provide necessary supervision to the students, manage the classroom, and address discipline issues.

- Prepare and mark examination papers and assignments.

- Monitor the performance and progress of each student and provide academic counseling.

- Teach students according to their aptitude (Differentiated Teaching)

- Perform Intervention duties: Identify and discuss students academic and pastoral needs with parents/academic team/student relations to find a way to help students.

- Attending team meetings and staff development workshops.

- Support scheduled school holistic activities when directed to do so.

- Oversee and advise the assigned non-academic / Co-curricular activities

Enable students to attain projected subject results.

- Collaborate with the team in curriculum development, appraisal system, and project management.

- Perform any other tasks as may be assigned on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
