Job Title: HVAC Site Supervisor Operation & Maintenance (O&M)Department: OperationsLocation: Site Based (as per project)Reporting To: Project / O&M ManagerCompany: OM SAI SERVICES________________________________________ Job Purpose:To ensure smooth and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Split & Cassette Units) at client sites. The role requires hands-on supervision, technical expertise, and coordination with technicians, clients, and management to maintain system performance and uptime.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:1. Site Operation & Supervision Supervise daily operation of HVAC systems and ensure 100% uptime of critical equipment. Monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, current, and refrigerant levels. Assign and oversee work of HVAC technicians and helpers on-site. Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.2. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities as per OEM / company standards. Diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely rectification. Maintain logbooks, service records, and checklists for all HVAC equipment. Coordinate with vendors for major repair or replacement work.3. Technical & Documentation Maintain detailed records of maintenance, breakdowns, and spares consumption. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly O&M reports. Verify maintenance checklists, safety documents, and client feedback forms. Monitor inventory of tools, consumables, and spares at the site store.4. Safety & Compliance Ensure all technicians follow safety procedures and use PPE during operations. Conduct site toolbox meetings and safety briefings regularly. Report any unsafe condition or near-miss incident to management immediately.5. Client Coordination & Communication Serve as the single point of contact for all client communications related to HVAC systems. Attend client meetings, explain maintenance plans, and resolve complaints. Ensure all O&M work is executed as per AMC / SLA terms.________________________________________ Qualification & Experience: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering. Minimum 36 years of experience in HVAC Operation & Maintenance (preferably with VRF, Chillers, and centralized systems).________________________________________ Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and control systems. Leadership and team management skills. Good communication and client-handling ability. Proficient in reporting, documentation, and MS Excel / mobile-based CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites if required.________________________________________
